Exchange & Returns

Follow these steps to exchange your Salty Bag:

• Salty Bag(s) can be returned to us, in original condition along with the receipt of purchase. Once we have looked over the Salty Bag(s) you sent us, you’ll be emailed a Credit Voucher for the same value of the item/s being returned, valid for a year, that can be used in one of our stores or online at .
• Returns can be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on a Salty Bag bought on sale or a Salty Bag on clearance.

Refunds
