Three Greek teams got together in the late 90’s to make it possible to have some of the best sailors in the world descend on the Saronic for the ILC 40 World Championships. 2 Volvo Ocean Race winners, 4 America’s Cup Skippers and their crews enjoyed a blustery meltemi for a week of racing on the water’s off the Piraeus.

Reminds us of: The X-men, the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and Batman getting together to fight evil.
